Do I get charged an ATM fee by Rio Grande Credit Union?

Rio Grande Credit Union is part of the CU Anytime and CO-OP ATM network.  These in network ATMs are free of charge to RGCU members.  There is a surcharge and $1.00 fee for out-of-network ATM withdrawals and transfers.
