Existing online banking access will be terminated. Every member will need to enroll in new online banking and download the NEW APP available on the Apple App Store and Google Play. Everything can be done on your phone! Please have your SSN, Date of Birth, and Account Number handy when you're ready to re-enroll. We truly apologize for this inconvenience.

Need Your Account Number?
In order to re-enroll in the new digital platform, you will need your account number. There are a number of ways to get that!
- Online Banking: View your account number by logging in and selecting "My Dashboard" under Home Banking.
- Visit a Branch: Visit a local Rio Grande Credit Union branch and present a valid ID. A representative can assist you in retrieving your account number.
- Call Member Services: Contact Rio Grande Credit Union's member services team at their official phone number. Be prepared to verify your identity for security purposes.
- Secure Messaging: Use the secure messaging feature in the online banking portal or app to request your account number.
- Text Concierge: Ask us directly by sending us a text to 505.262.1401.
