- Possess strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Are willing to dedicate time and effort to board meetings and credit union activities.

Board of Directors and Supervisory Committee
The Board of Directors provides oversight of long-range objectives, policies, and the progress and health of the Credit Union. The Board is comprised of RGCU members, who are elected to three-year terms as unpaid volunteers. Our Supervisory Committee ensures the safety of the Credit Union’s assets.
